Yes, registering on 92 Starr is completely free. There are no sign-up fees, no monthly charges and no cost for maintaining an account. You only spend money when you choose to deposit funds and place bets. To register, all you need is a valid Pakistani mobile number, an email address and you must be 18 years or older.

To register you need your full name (as on your CNIC), date of birth, a Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a secure password. You will also confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions. After registration, completing KYC (uploading your CNIC) is required before your first withdrawal but is not needed to place bets.

No. Each person may only hold one 92 Starr account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any winnings accumulated through multiple accounts are voided. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@92starr.app to recover it rather than creating a new one.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is the identity verification process where you upload a clear photo or scan of your CNIC. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal from 92 Starr. You can place bets and play casino games before completing KYC, but you cannot withdraw your winnings until the verification is approved. KYC typically completes within one to two hours of submission during business hours. We recommend completing it soon after registration so you are ready to withdraw whenever you like.

Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your phone via SMS. Mobile number changes require manual verification by our support team. Email support@92starr.app from the email address registered to your account and include your current mobile number, your new mobile number and your CNIC number for identity verification. The update is typically processed within one business day once your identity is confirmed.

The minimum age to register and use 92 Starr is 18 years old. This is a strict requirement enforced through CNIC-based KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are immediately closed, deposits are returned to the original payment source and all activity is voided. There are no exceptions.

To permanently close your 92 Starr account, email support@92starr.app with the subject "Account Closure Request" and include your registered mobile number. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, we can also apply a permanent self-exclusion — see the Responsible Gaming page for more details. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method before closure.

Wait 5 to 10 minutes and refresh your 92 Starr balance. Occasionally, the JazzCash confirmation and the 92 Starr credit are separated by a few minutes due to payment gateway processing. If the balance has still not updated after 10 minutes, email support@92starr.app with your registered mobile number, the deposit amount in PKR, the JazzCash transaction ID and the time of the transaction. Our team will reconcile the payment and credit your account within the hour.

Yes. 92 Starr accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Card deposits are processed in PKR. The card must be registered in your name — third-party card deposits are not permitted and will be returned. Card deposits may take slightly longer to process (up to 10 minutes) compared to mobile wallet deposits due to bank processing times.

Withdrawals must go to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawing to a third-party account — even a family member's — is not permitted on 92 Starr. If you need to change the verified payment method on your account, contact support@92starr.app with your identity documents for verification before the change can be made.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Once the wagering requirement has been fully met, the qualifying balance converts to real money and can be withdrawn normally. Your account dashboard shows your current bonus wagering progress in real time. Real money deposits that were not part of a bonus are always fully withdrawable minus any active game stakes.

Any real-money balance in your 92 Starr account at the time of self-exclusion is paid out to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited.
